Gluten-Free Recipe from Sift: Peach Frangipane Tart

Few things taste better than a peach in season. Top it off with cinnamon sugar, and add the sweetness from the frangipane, and… oh man. You’re in Great British Bake-Off Heaven! It’s a perfect dessert, and to be honest, not too hard to put together. Your guests will all love it. That is, if you have any left to share with them.

Excitingly, I’ve been visiting our local farmers market (where I’ll be selling baked goods!) Each Saturday, I put on my mask, bring my reusable bags, and see what’s available. I love peaches and whenever peach season comes along, I get giddy. The last fruit tarts I’ve made have been frangipane tarts and I wanted to continue that tradition. So, here’s my gluten-free peach frangipane tart recipe.

Peach Frangipane Tart is a delicious version of the classic British tart. Impress your friends with your Great British Bake-Off Skills.
